• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health issues to develop individualized and effective treatment plans.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly reviewing progress to ensure alignment with their mental health objectives.

Your role as a mental health counselor will involve a diverse client base, including individuals facing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current mental health license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in private practice, teletherapy, or specific training in trauma-informed care and cognitive-behavioral approaches are encouraged to apply.
