  • Track milestones, risks, open items, and action plans, and help ensure issues are addressed in a timely way
  • Provide practical, operations-focused support to help move projects from concept through implementation

Vendor, Contractor, and Team Coordination (could be managed by Site Operations Manager)

  • Support coordination and management of vendors and contractors tied to plant reliability, maintenance, and project work
  • Help ensure vendors understand site requirements, schedules, and expectations before work begins
  • Partner closely with internal leadership to align contractor work and project activity with plant needs
  • Provide oversight and direction to supporting project or operations personnel, including Jared, as assigned
  • Help create clear ownership, priorities, and follow-through across reliability and project-related workstreams

Maintenance Strategy and Operational Support

  • Support development and improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Help align maintenance planning with business priorities, outage needs, and long-term asset health
  • Support transition of systems and projects into sustained operations, including documentation, turnover, and readiness planning
  • Work with plant leadership to improve coordination between engineering, maintenance, and operations
  • Serve as a senior resource for troubleshooting, planning, and execution support across a wide range of plant issues and initiatives

Safety, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement

  • Reinforce safe work execution and sound operational practices across maintenance and project activities
  • Support investigations, corrective actions, and improvement efforts related to plant events, equipment failures, and operational risks
  • Help ensure reliability and project activities are carried out in accordance with site procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements
