Job Summary & Responsibilities

Partner closely with Sales to lead and manage assigned customer engagements throughout the pre-purchase phase through final shipment. Serve as the primary point of coordination and accountability for responding to customer requirements, working in close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers. Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.

Project Management:
Support program execution by contributing to project management activities, including planning, coordination, tracking, and communication across stakeholders.

  • Perform project management activities for the program including planning, executing, task tracking for assigned projects, running PLC meetings as and when needed.

  • Cross-functional interaction in support of market requirements gathering, product development activities through shipment, install and sustaining

  • Supervise and coordinate multiple projects and their interdependencies.

  • Defining system configurations to be quoted, review and approve quotes for technical content, and create system build configurations for Manufacturing

  • Allocate resources and oversee the program budget, including cost analyses and expense tracking

  • Identify potential risks across projects and develop contingency plans and corrective measures.

  • Support special projects which are custom requests as part of system sales

  • Regularly report program status, KPIs, and ROI to executive leadership and key stakeholders

  • Coordinate and support application studies, factory demos and source inspections

  • Attend and participate in various periodic meetings in support of above activities

  • Must be able to travel internationally to customer sites at least 20% of the time, with additional travel as business needs require.

Qualifications

  • A BS in Engineering plus 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of equivalent knowledge and 8+ years of related experience.

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred. Capital equipment experience is required.

  • Experience with project management tools and concepts.

  • Excellent communication, organization and planning skills in order to guide development team and complete tasks in a timely manner

  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure and work in a high-intensity environment.

  • Strong sense of urgency, organization, accountability and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and self-starting disposition are necessary to be successful in this position.

  • Exceptional oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary Range:

$144,000.00 - $216,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
