The Role

Lead maintenance strategy and execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to maximize equipment uptime, safety, and operational efficiency while developing a high-performing team.

Key Outcomes
  • Safety, quality, cost, and production metrics consistently meet or exceed plan.
  • Cross-functional productivity initiatives are defined, resourced, and delivered across shifts.
  • Budgets (including MRO) are built, tracked, and optimized.
  • Maintenance Program enables waste and cost reduction, productivity gains, and cycle-time improvements via good manufacturing practices.
  • Operational KPIs—delivery, productivity, equipment and parts inventory health, quality—are achieved.
  • Daily leadership communication covers safety, quality, schedule risk, delivery, capacity, and staffing.
  • Equipment performance analysis identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Preventive Maintenance system is effective, sustainable, and continuously improved.
  • Capital projects are scoped, justified, and executed to plan.
  • Team members are coached and evaluated for standard work, attendance, safety, and conduct; technical and soft skills are advanced.
  • Rapid problem solving and root-cause analysis are standard practice on the production floor.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or related discipline preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance with lean experience; bottle manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations (manufacturing industry required).
  • Experience with MaintainX or comparable CMMS.
  • Clear communicator and organized collaborator.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; effective both independently and with all organizational levels.
  • Experience with integrated/computerized manufacturing systems; JDE experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of EPA regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, especially Excel.
  • Proven analytical, investigative, and problem-solving strengths.
  • Background in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or 5S preferred.
  • Reliable at hitting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Detail-focused; able to manage multiple, complex priorities in a dynamic setting.
Work Environment
  • Indoor/outdoor industrial facility; not climate controlled.
  • Frequent access to areas requiring stairs/ladders, respirator protection, and entry into confined spaces.
  • 24/7 operations; off-shift availability may be required.
