As a Territory Coverage Associate, you convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. You provide hands on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand, execution standards, and ensure stores stays aligned with company expectations.Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuitamong other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Represent Mondelez:in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence as you support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
  • Serve as a trusted field partner:delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelez's standards and expectations.
  • Execute daily coverage:completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order Writing Excellence, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
  • Implement promotional displays:ensuring compliance with RTMnegotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility of our brands.
  • Follow assigned schedules:executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
  • Assist with seasonal transitions:supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and highvisibility promotional events.
  • Build and maintain relationships:partnering with store personnel-including receivers, department managers, and store leadership-to support smooth execution and collaboration.
  • Support capability building:reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
  • Develop for future leadership:building the operational, communication, and problemsolving skills that serve as a strong foundation for future advancement into management roles.
  • Stay Safe and Compliant:Embrace the physical nature of the role-including lifting, bending, and moving product-while following all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies to ensure safe and responsible driving across the territory.

  • Time and Task Management - Organized and efficient in completing store visits, managing coverage assignments, and maintaining consistent execution across multiple locations.

  • Capability Support- Confident reinforcing foundational skills and supporting the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
  • Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
  • Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends.
  • Ability to travel across assigned markets.
  • Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).
  • Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.
Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
