Position Overview

Lincoln Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Global Quality Manager to lead quality and reliability initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who understands both engineering principles and customer expectations, and who can translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable reports that drive effective, closed-loop corrective actions.

This role combines technical leadership, analytical thinking, and communication excellence. You’ll lead and mentor the quality team while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to ensure product performance, manage returns and failure analyses and maintain precise documentation that protects LTS’s reputation and contractual interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all quality and reliability efforts across display and printed circuit board (PCB) programs.
  • Evaluate product returns to determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure resolutions align with customer contracts.
  • Conduct and document detailed failure analysis and Corrective Action Reports (CARs) for internal and customer use.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, concise communications for cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and refine ISO 9001 compliant quality systems and documentation.
  • Work closely with our Monitor key quality metrics (defect rates, reliability trends, etc.) to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary quality liaison with customers and suppliers, ensuring professional and consistent communication.
  • Protect the company from liability through accurate reporting, sound judgment, and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (required).
  • 7+ years of experience in quality, reliability, or failure analysis within electronics, displays, or component manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring a quality team.
  • Strong knowledge of LCD/OLED technologies, PCB assemblies, and electronic component interactions.
  • Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and produce clear, defensible technical reports.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills — able to interpret technical language and convey findings effectively.
  • Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and professionalism in customer-facing interactions.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, Lean, or Six Sigma practices preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work remotely in the evenings occasionally. Some travel required.
