What You Will Do:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability
  • Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success
  • Set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality
  • Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities
  • Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect
  • Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly
