Job description

The Regional Reliability Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of locomotive fleets across customers within a certain geographical region. The Regional Reliability Manager will work with the respective Service and Commercial teams in their region to understand customers' operational needs, track fleet performance, and identify and support reliability initiatives, among other duties. As a part of the Service Reliability team, the Regional Reliability Manager will work closely with the Service Reliability Project and Service Reliability Engineering teams to define, analyze, prioritize, and manage such reliability initiatives.

The Regional Reliability Manager will be expected to provide regular updates and presentations to internal and external customers. This position interfaces with individuals from across the organization - namely Field Service, Warranty, Engineering, Sales, Supplier Quality, and Production/Production Quality - along with customer representatives. This position will be expected to travel, potentially internationally, as well as support customer and internal meetings in overlapping time zones.
