  • Support root cause analysis of equipment failures, including documentation and research
  • Collect and document equipment data for predictive maintenance technologies
  • Input specifications into vibration, MCA, ultrasound, lubrication, and IR systems
  • Update the site CMMS with accurate spare parts, equipment data, and PM strategies
  • Lead development of a site-wide KPI database to track asset health and reliability
  • Support capital requests to engineer out equipment failure modes
  • Contribute to execution and design of capital projects for critical assets
  • Analyze historical OEE losses to support capital justification efforts
  • Develop Power Apps to support inventory, training, and QR/barcode initiatives

  • Sophomore through Senior academic standing
