The Operations Maintenance Coordinator (OMC) plays a key role in maximizing the safety, reliability, and performance of the Paper Mill. This position sits at the center of operations, maintenance, and reliability-ensuring equipment runs effectively, downtime is minimized, and production goals are met. It is a visible leadership role with direct impact on asset performance and cost management.
