COMPANY OVERVIEW:  Our client offers Industrial World Services for Condensers, Heat Exchangers & More.

POSITION TITLE:    Reliability & Maintenance Engineer
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary DOE + bonus

BENEFITS: Full benefits package

LOCATION: Houston, TX

SUMMARY: Reliability & Maintenance Engineer in La Porte, TX responsible for developing detailed estimates and proposals for chemical cleaning, steam blow, and lubrication services while supporting sales, operations, and customers. Requires 5+ years of project management experience in chemical cleaning services, strong MS Office/NetSuite skills, and approximately 30% travel.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Produce detailed engineered job estimates/proposals per the direction of the Chem-Clean Services Director.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Steam Blow Services
  • 10+ years’ experience in Chemical Cleaning Services
  • Work with third parties to gather cost to support quote generation.
  • Enter customer and job-related data into NetSuite CRM software systems.
  • Maintain Tracking and SME related items request document.
  • Communicate daily with Senior Account Manager’s and Inside Sales
  • Provide account management support to Sales team, customers, operations, and internal department.
  • Job Reporting.
  • Estimate lubrication-based jobs for manpower, equipment, materials, and timeframe.
  • Ability to write lube oil service procedures, including marking flow path on PIDs.
  • Work with vendors to gather pricing for input into quotes.
  • Participate in team safety meetings and cross-functional planning sessions. 
  • Online/remote safety training as required. 
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Travel 30%

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) and 5+ years Project management in field Chemical Cleaning services, Engineering degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office with a strong emphasis on MS Office and NetSuite CRM software.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Must be authorized to work within the United States.
