Job description

Plant Reliability & Maintenance Leader

Guide the crew. Protect uptime. Take pride in what ships from our line.

As the sun comes up, production spins to life. Your team hits the floor with a clear plan you set the day before. You’re out front—checking critical assets, removing roadblocks, and making sure safety is non‑negotiable. That’s the cadence you’ll create here.

What you’ll lead day to day
  • Direct and coordinate mechanical and electrical repair efforts to keep throughput, quality, and availability on target.
  • Own safety as a core value—model plant safety practices and ensure every policy is followed every shift.
  • Partner with plant leadership to design and execute preventive maintenance schedules and plan major overhauls with minimal production disruption.
  • Continuously improve—introduce better maintenance methods that lift equipment reliability and product quality.
  • Run the people side of the department: recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, corrective action, and skills training.
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors and contractors to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to capital projects and process upgrades that advance plant performance.
  • Build, own, and manage the annual maintenance budget.
  • Oversee facility upkeep so the building and infrastructure operate as reliably as the production assets.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on machine maintenance work.
  • 3+ years leading and supervising a maintenance team.
  • Clear communicator with proficiency in everyday computer systems and business software.
  • Background with industrial production machinery is a strong plus.
Why you’ll love it here

If walking the floor energizes you, if you spot problems before they become downtime, and if people trust you to lead from the front, you’ll thrive. Expect real ownership, influence on how the operation runs, and leaders who want your ideas at the table. This opportunity moves fast—if you’re ready to lead a visible, valued maintenance operation, let’s talk.
