Job description

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams on Kanban principles, metrics, and practices to improve flow efficiency and team maturity.
  • Facilitate team-level Kanban events such as stand-ups, backlog refinement, queue replenishment, and retrospectives.
  • Serve as a servant leader, supporting the team's emotional intelligence, collaboration, and self-organization.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, coaching on metrics (cycle time, lead time, throughput, CFD), and encouraging data-informed decisions.
  • Foster alignment between team-level practices and program-level SAFe objectives.
  • Facilitate coordination of ART events and support the team's participation in PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to establish effective flow policies, WIP limits, and Kanban board practices.
  • Guide teams in identifying and resolving blockers, risks, and dependencies.
  • Mentor teams transitioning from Scrum to Kanban, supporting a culture of continuous learning and relentless improvement.
  • Champion lean-agile values, SAFe 6.0 practices, and team empowerment throughout the ART.
