Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Communicate with our hot leads

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities

Develop new Financial Service opportunities

Ask each customer for referral and explain our referral program

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products

Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources

Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists

Work independently and as part of a team



Requirements

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus

Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful, and be coachable

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within a designated timeframe

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
