Program Manager - Physical Therapist -Outpatient

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient,

Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings

Hourly Rate: $36 to $45 an hour

Qualifications:

  • Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice

  • Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
