DF SUM AY25/26 RUSGA Executive and Extended Cabinet
Job Description:
The Regis University Student Government Association (RUSGA) Executive Cabinet and Broader Cabinet, pending the approved budget, will be department-funded. Each position will be hired and paid according to the University and State policy. The number of workable summer hours depends on the position and availability of Regis University Student Government Association (RUSGA) summer funding.
Executive and Extended members eligible for summer hours shall be the President, Vice President of Representation, Vice President of Social Justice and Diversity, Vice President of Involvement and Vice President of Academic Life, Chief of Staff, Chief Financial Officers, Director of Marketing and Information and Technology, and Director of Sustainability.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS | RUSGA Members during the summer must...
  • Work to meet expectations as defined in your original Regis University Student Government Association job description.

  • Work to complete tasks given by the Student Body President, Vice President of Representation, and the Regis University Student Government Association advisors.

  • Respond to emails, messages, and other forms of communication in a timely manner, taking no more than 48 hours.

  • Attend all scheduled RUSGA meetings and retreats, including the Fall 2026 Leadership Summit.

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and engagement toward Regis University, the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership, and the Regis University Student Government Association (RUSGA).

  • Represent Regis University, the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership, and the Regis University Student Government Association (RUSGA) in a positive manner at all times.

Must be an active Regis student in good standing.
These positions will remain posted until filled, with a preferred application date of May 11th, 2026.
This position is benefits-eligible for workers' compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
