Job description

Kell Mechanical is seeking an experienced CAD Designer to support our growing project management and installation teams. You will be responsible for creating detailed, accurate HVAC and mechanical drawings for our commercial and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and draft detailed HVAC plans, ductwork layouts, and mechanical piping systems using AutoCAD/Revit.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field installers to ensure designs are accurate and constructible.
  • Revise drawings based on field markups and engineer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
  • Specific background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or HVAC design is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and construction plans.
