Job description

We’re hiring: Development and Marketing Outreach Intern (Fall 2026)


Castillo Holliday Films is a Boston-area video production and photography studio based in Watertown, MA. We’re Certified Minority-Owned, Latino and woman owned, and we work with clients across biotech, life sciences, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations.


Our original fall intern had to step back for personal reasons, so this opening came up unexpectedly. We’re looking for a Development and Marketing Outreach Intern to help us grow our client network this fall.


What you’ll do:

• Research and identify new client prospects

• Build and manage lead lists

• Draft outreach content and support marketing campaigns for lead generation

• Support social media and marketing outreach efforts

• Work directly with senior leadership on key growth initiatives

• Get hands-on mentorship in how a growing studio builds its client pipeline


Details:

• September – December, 2026

• On-site 2 days a week, 10 AM–6 PM

• Unpaid, for academic credit (a great fit if your school supports internship credit)

• Location: Watertown, MA


Who we’re looking for:

A student who’s curious about the business and marketing side of the creative industry, comfortable reaching out to people, and excited to learn how a small team builds work from the ground up.
