Position Overview
The Visual Merchandising Team Lead is responsible for executing and maintaining Moncler's visual merchandising standards within the SoHo boutique, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presentation that supports both storytelling and commercial performance.
This role operates at the intersection of store execution and regional visual direction, partnering closely with the Store Director while maintaining alignment with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.
As a hands-on leader, this role plays a critical part in translating global visual direction into in-store execution, supporting the client experience while driving business results.
Your Impact
Visual Execution & Brand Standards
  • Execute global and regional visual merchandising guidelines with precision and consistency.

  • Implement seasonal campaigns, floor sets, and product storytelling initiatives.

  • Maintain windows, mannequins, fixtures, and signage to Moncler standards at all times.

  • Identify and address visual inconsistencies in a timely manner.

Store Leadership & Team Support
  • Act as the in-store visual merchandising expert supporting the Store Director and leadership team.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to store teams on product presentation and visual standards.

  • Support training and onboarding of team members on visual merchandising execution.

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across sales, operations, and leadership.

Commercial & Client Experience Impact
  • Align visual merchandising with business priorities, product focus, and sell-through opportunities.

  • Support key business moments, peak periods, and client activations through strong visual execution.

  • Optimize product flow, density, and zoning to balance storytelling and commercial performance.

Regional Alignment & Collaboration
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.

  • Execute regional direction while providing feedback from the store level.

  • Support seasonal resets, visual initiatives, and special projects as needed.

Operational Execution
  • Perform floor moves, installations, and visual updates in alignment with business needs.

  • Ensure proper handling, organization, and maintenance of visual tools and materials.

  • Follow all safety and operational procedures during installations and floor changes.

Qualifications
Work Experience
  • 3-5+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.

  • Strong hands-on experience executing visual merchandising in a store environment.

  • Experience supporting high-volume or flagship locations is a plus.

Travel
NYC market support may be required based on business needs.
Work Schedule
The SoHo Visual Merchandising Lead follows a standard Monday to Friday schedule. However, due to the nature of the business, the position requires flexibility and agility, including availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to support key business priorities. The role may also require additional hours with short notice during critical periods such as new store openings, renovations, seasonal floor sets, and brand events.
Compensation & Benefits
Where required by applicable law, Moncler provides a reasonable estimate of the hourly rate range for this position. This range reflects the Company's good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, business needs, experience, skills, and qualifications.
For roles where pay disclosure is not required, compensation will be determined based on the same factors and discussed during the hiring process.
The hourly rate range for this position is: $36.00 to $41.00 per hour.
In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for a quarterly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, 7 paid holidays, accrue up to 80 hours of paid vacation time, 4 personal days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
