About the Job

You are an experienced Visual Merchandising Leader, and you have:

  • Create visually compelling product presentations that drive cross-selling and reflect brand standards with strong attention to detail and design excellence.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, ensuring consistent store zoning, stock rotation, and daily upkeep.
  • Collaborate with store leadership, merchandising, and PR teams to support sales growth, in-store events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a VM subject matter expert, maintaining deep product knowledge and adapting guidelines to suit store-specific needs.
  • Coach and engage team members to uphold VM standards, fostering curiosity, professionalism, and a high-energy sales environment.
  • Monitor store conditions and inventory needs, ensuring lighting, props, and fixtures are maintained and reordered as necessary to uphold premium presentation standards.
  • Zoning optimization: Analyze sales report and heat map to make recommendations for product placement and maximize shelf productivity
  • Pay range $28.00 - $30.00 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.

You are an experienced Visual Merchandising Leader, and you have:
