Job description

Relocation assistance available for candidates willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Conduct sales training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to educate sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Strong background in business development and sales
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Experience in outside sales or B2B sales is preferred
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
