Sales Execution Manager: Liquid Death in San Antonio and Austin

Liquid Death is hiring a Sales Execution Manager for South Texas. The role is field based and candidates must be located in or near Austin or San Antonio, with the sales territory centred on San Antonio.


About the role

Reporting to the Regional Distributor Manager, the Sales Execution Manager partners with distributors to maximise sales, brings the brand to life in stores and owns local market execution. Expect up to 40 per cent field-based travel with some overnight stays.


Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with distributor partners on work-withs, sales meeting kick-offs and local chain wired selling initiatives.

  • Build relationships with non-alcoholic brand managers inside local distributor partners, key account teams and inventory ordering teams.

  • Benchmark and set clear expectations for distributor performance, and create systems that drive KPIs and revenue goals.

  • Analyse distributor structure and make recommendations to the partner.

  • Oversee merchandising and promotional execution in national and regional chain stores, ensuring correct product placement.


What the employer is looking for

  • Four or more years in regional sales management, territory sales or distributor partner management within beverage and distributor sales.

  • Two or more years of South Texas beverage or CPG experience strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in VIP, Karma, Excel and PowerPoint required; IRI and Nielsen analysis preferred.

  • Valid driver's licence with a clean motor vehicle record, and ability to carry product up to 50 lbs.


Salary range: $72,000 to $98,000, as published by the employer.
