Direct Hire / Full-TimeHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL-A Truck Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated SOLO driving opportunity.This role requires dependable drivers who can safely manage touch freight operations, maintain delivery schedules, and operate efficiently across regional Midwest freight lanes while maintaining strong DOT compliance and customer service standards.HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CDL-A sleeper trucks safely across dedicated Midwest regional routes
  • Deliver dry freight while maintaining schedule consistency and operational efficiency
  • Perform touch freight unloading using rollers at delivery locations
  • Complete approximately 3 turns weekly with multi-stop deliveries
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain DOT compliance
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, mileage tracking, and transportation documentation
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route conditions, delays, and delivery updates
  • Ensure freight security and maintain professional customer interaction standards
  • Adhere to all company safety procedures and federal transportation regulations
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Proven tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Ability to handle touch freight and unload dry freight with rollers
  • Strong safety and DOT compliance history
  • Comfortable operating sleeper cab equipment
  • Ability to manage multi-stop regional routes

  • Stable and consistent employment history
