Regional Program Director (PACE)Lead. Inspire. Make a Difference.

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Program Director to oversee multiple PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers. This executive leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about improving care for older adults while leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Provide operational leadership for multiple PACE centers.

  • Coach and develop Center Directors and leadership teams.

  • Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and organizational standards.

  • Drive operational performance, quality outcomes, and participant satisfaction.

  • Partner with clinical leaders to improve care coordination and interdisciplinary team performance.

  • Monitor budgets, staffing, census growth, and key performance metrics.

  • Lead performance improvement initiatives and support regulatory readiness.

  • Build relationships with community partners and healthcare providers.

  • Support expansion efforts and new program development.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of healthcare leadership experience.

  • 3+ years of leadership within a PACE, managed care, senior care, or long-term care organization.

  • Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, quality initiatives, and healthcare operations.

  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and developing leaders.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the region.
