We're always looking to connect with talented Regional Managers who are interested in future opportunities within our growing multifamily portfolio. What You'll Do:
  • Provide leadership and oversight for a portfolio of value-add multifamily apartment communities
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams
  • Drive occupancy, collections, resident retention, and overall property performance
  • Review and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators
  • Identify opportunities to improve NOI, operational efficiencies, and resident satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Conduct property inspections and partner with onsite teams to maintain exceptional curb appeal and physical asset quality
  • Support hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning efforts
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, transitions, and portfolio growth

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Previous Regional Manager experience in multifamily property management
  • Proven success managing multiple communities and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Demonstrated success driving occupancy, collections, and resident retention
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and execute action plans
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
  • Ability to travel regularly within an assigned portfolio
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
  • Industry Certifications (CAM, CPM. etc.) preferred
