We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive performance, and support regional growth.Position SummaryThe Operations Manager oversees branch performance and ensures service excellence across all customer accounts. Working closely with the General Manager, this role drives employee accountability, customer retention, and budget execution. The ideal candidate is an organized, decisive leader comfortable making real-time choices in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Supervise Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Techs, and the Staffing Coordinator. Lead daily 4 PM manager meetings to maintain team alignment.Service Delivery: Guarantee uninterrupted service across all customer locations, support new account start-ups, and coordinate coverage for open or emergency shifts.Financial Management: Monitor labor budgets, manage overtime, and track operational costs.
