Champion Window - Regional Manager

The Regional Manager/ Market General Manager (MGM) provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple assigned market locations, overseeing both sales and operational performance to drive profitable growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and market-level execution consistency.

This role serves as the primary market business leader responsible for aligning lead generation, sales execution, operational delivery, customer experience, staffing, and financial performance across assigned markets. The MGM operates as the key integrator between sales performance, operational execution, installation capacity, customer responsiveness, and people leadership to ensure the overall health and effectiveness of the business.

The MGM directly leads Sales Managers and Installation Managers across assigned markets while fostering strong daily operational partnerships with Marketing, Call Center, CSS/Customer Support Services, and Operations teams to ensure market objectives, customer commitments, and operational readiness remain aligned.

This position requires a highly collaborative, execution-oriented leader who can drive accountability, develop high-performing teams, improve operational performance, and foster a people-centric, entrepreneurial, and high-performance culture focused on growth, scalability, and continuous improvement.

The MGM partners closely with the Vice President General Manager and divisional leadership teams to execute strategic growth initiatives, operational priorities, business transformation efforts, and organizational objectives across assigned markets.

Total Comp Pay Range: $150,000 - $300,000


Market Leadership & Business Performance

  • Lead overall business performance across assigned market locations, ensuring alignment with company goals related to revenue growth, EBITDA performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and market scalability.
  • Serve as the primary market business owner responsible for integrating sales performance, operational execution, customer experience, staffing strategies, and financial outcomes across assigned markets.
  • Direct and develop Sales Managers and Installation Managers to drive consistent execution, operational discipline, leadership accountability, and performance alignment across all locations.
  • Execute market strategies designed to drive top-line revenue growth, margin improvement, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term business performance.
  • Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture focused on accountability, teamwork, responsiveness, continuous improvement, and results.
  • Ensure market leadership teams remain aligned around business priorities, operational standards, customer expectations, and organizational objectives.
  • Utilize reporting, forecasting, analytics, and operational trends to improve decision-making, identify performance opportunities, and drive overall market effectiveness.

Business Integration & Market Connectivity

  • Serve as the primary market integrator across Sales, Marketing, Call Center, CSS/Customer Support Services, and Operations to ensure alignment between lead generation, sales execution, installation capacity, customer experience, and market profitability.
  • Drive daily operational connectivity and communication rhythms across functional teams to ensure business priorities, customer commitments, staffing alignment, operational readiness, and performance objectives remain synchronized.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Call Center leadership to improve lead generation effectiveness, appointment quality, market penetration, conversion performance, and return on marketing investment.
  • Collaborate directly with CSS and Operations teams to proactively manage installation capacity, scheduling efficiency, customer responsiveness, service recovery, escalation management, and operational execution.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional accountability and rapid issue resolution across the customer lifecycle while balancing sales growth with operational readiness and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead market-level alignment discussions focused on staffing needs, operational bottlenecks, customer feedback, service performance, business trends, execution priorities, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Create strong communication channels and operational partnerships across field leadership teams to improve responsiveness, execution consistency, scalability, and overall market performance.

Sales & Operational Leadership

  • Drive sales performance and operational execution across assigned markets through effective leadership, coaching, communication, and performance management.
  • Lead integrated sales leadership strategies with Sales Managers to improve lead conversion, recruiting effectiveness, onboarding, sales productivity, coaching effectiveness, and overall market sales performance.
  • Lead synchronized operational execution with Installation Managers to improve installation efficiency, labor productivity, operational throughput, service responsiveness, installation quality, and cycle-time performance.
  • Ensure staffing levels, operational resources, and leadership capabilities appropriately support customer demand, business growth, and operational execution requirements.
  • Monitor key operational and financial metrics including sales performance, close rates, margins, job costs, cycle times, customer satisfaction, labor productivity, service performance, and accounts receivable trends.
  • Drive operational discipline and execution consistency across assigned markets through clear expectations, accountability, communication, and performance follow-through.
  • Identify operational barriers, execution gaps, and process improvement opportunities that enhance scalability, responsiveness, profitability, and customer outcomes.

Customer Experience & Operational Excellence

  • Champion exceptional customer experiences across all assigned markets and customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure customer concerns, service-related issues, escalations, and operational challenges are addressed quickly, effectively, and professionally.
  • Drive consistency in customer communication, installation quality, operational execution, scheduling practices, and service delivery standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company operational processes, compliance requirements, service standards, and best practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • Proven experience leading both B2C sales and operational teams within a high-performance, growth-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience managing leaders and multiple locations/markets preferred.
  • Strong background in sales, service, operations, home improvement, retail, or related industries preferred.
