Position can be located in either Charlotte, Nashville, or Atlanta

Summary/Objective
The regional manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations of multiple branches
within their assigned region to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
Essential Function

 Oversee the operations of multiple branches to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
 Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
 Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
 Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
 Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
 Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
 Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of
operations and finances.
 Organize and implement training programs for staff in your assigned region.
 Recruiting, training, and supporting the general manager as well as conducting regular performance
appraisals.
 Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Must
be flexible to work additional hours on evenings, weekends, and Saturdays during peak season.
