Job description

Regional Coordinator - Retail Ecommerce
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Regional Coordinator to support execution across our regional branch network inside major retail ecommerce platforms.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information across ecommerce platforms, including pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and item setup for both existing products and new additions. The position also coordinates Value-Add service activities within the region and provides day-to-day support to Retail Territory Managers.
The ideal candidate has ecommerce and inside sales experience and is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure strong execution and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate product data across major retail ecommerce platforms, including product attributes, pricing, lead times, and inventory availability
  • Support item setup, catalog maintenance, and onboarding of new products
  • Coordinate with local branches and product manufacturers to ensure product information within ecommerce platforms is accurate, complete, and consistently represented across the region.
  • Support Retail TMs and coordinate Value-Add services across the region
  • Assist with issue resolution and general sales support needs

Qualifications
  • Experience in ecommerce, product data management, or inside sales support is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (IDM and/or IMA), PIM tools, and order management systems preferred
