Job description

The Piedmont Triad Regional Council’s is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Work-Based Learning Coordinator to support work-based learning initiatives under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). This position provides technical assistance and program oversight of work-based learning, such as Work Experience and On-the-Job Training, and other program initiatives.

The Work-Based Learning Coordinator will guide the processes, policies, and partnerships needed to enhance program performance, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and provide strategic and operational support to workforce programs delivered through the NCWorks Career Centers and Business Engagement team. This role is critical in advancing the department’s goals by improving service delivery, strengthening partnerships, and achieving positive employment outcomes for job seekers and employers.
