The Garden is seeking a strategic, hands-on Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations

within one of Ohios premier cannabis retail organizations. This role oversees the complete

inventory lifecycle while developing people, driving operational excellence, and ensuring

compliance with Ohio regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, intake, vault, fulfillment, transfers, recalls, quarantine and destruction.

• Maintain inventory accuracy of .

• Ensure 100% METRC and Dutchie accuracy.

• Conduct daily verifications, weekly cycle counts, and monthly audits.

• Resolve discrepancies.

• Lead and coach Inventory Specialists through regular feedback and performance

management.

• Partner with Retail, Compliance, Purchasing, Security, Finance, IT, Marketing and vendors.

• Analyze inventory turns, shrink, forecasting, aging inventory and category performance.

• Support RFID initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

• Power BI, RFID, Lean or Six Sigma experience.
