Job description

Regional HR Manager | Liberty Service Partners | Greater Orlando, FL

Help build great teams. Support great people. Make a real impact.

Liberty Service Partners is a rapidly growing home services organization supporting residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator companies across the country. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to serve as a trusted HR partner for multiple operating companies across Florida.

This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on solving problems, and genuinely enjoys helping employees and leaders navigate the day-to-day challenges of a growing business.

What You'll Do

As a Regional HR Manager, you'll serve as the primary HR contact for the branches you support, partnering with local leaders while working closely with our corporate HR team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the day-to-day HR partner for multiple branch locations across the state of Florida.
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations, policy interpretation, workplace concerns, and HR best practices.
  • Administer leaves of absence, PTO, accommodations, and other employee life cycle processes.
  • Support benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding benefit programs.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with branch leadership to support hiring, retention, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Regional HR Managers, Recruiters, Payroll, Operations, and executive leadership on company-wide initiatives.
  • Support acquisitions, special projects, and other HR initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or a multi-state workforce is preferred.
  • Home services, construction, skilled trades, or other field-based industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Calm, patient, and level-headed when navigating difficult conversations or urgent situations.
  • Willingness to occasionally respond to time-sensitive employee issues outside of normal business hours; occasional travel is required.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office; experience with Paycor is a plus.
Why Liberty Service Partners?

At Liberty Service Partners, HR is viewed as a strategic business partner - not just an administrative function. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced HR team, support leaders across the country, and help shape the employee experience for a rapidly growing organization.

If you're looking for a role where every day is different, your work makes a meaningful impact, and you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside a great team, we'd love to hear from you.

Liberty Service Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background screening prior to employment.
