Affinity Waste Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Growth Executive (RGE) to drive new business growth throughout the Tampa market.

This role is responsible for acquiring new multifamily customers for valet trash and bulk removal services by building relationships, prospecting new opportunities, and closing contracts.

The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, relationship-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment focused on growth and market expansion.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development

  •      Prospect and develop new multifamily apartment opportunities
  •      Build relationships with property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups
  •      Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and field activity
  •      Identify new business opportunities throughout the Tampa market

Sales Responsibilities

  •      Present valet trash and bulk removal solutions to prospective clients
  •      Conduct property assessments and operational walkthroughs
  •      Prepare pricing proposals and service recommendations
  •      Negotiate and close service agreements
  •      Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM updates

Market Expansion

  •      Increase Affinity Waste Solutions’ presence throughout Tampa Region
  •      Attend industry networking events and apartment association meetings
  •      Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  •      Support strategic growth initiatives

Internal Coordination

  •      Coordinate onboarding with operations teams
  •      Ensure smooth customer transition after signed agreements
  •      Communicate customer expectations and operational needs internally




Requirements:

Qualifications

  •      2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
  •      Multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
  •      Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  •      Self-starter with strong organizational abilities
  •      Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  •      Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management
