The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the operations of multiple locations within their designated region. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, meeting performance targets, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of excellence. The role involves collaborating with location managers and teams to achieve organizational goals.

The Regional Manager will primarily be focused on:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to location managers and operational teams within the region.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations. Ensure company safety standards are implemented and followed.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and safety of the fuel transport fleet.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams such as dispatch, maintenance, and sales to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor and assess performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and manage regional budgets, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures. Monitor financial performance.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor location managers and staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring customer feedback and addressing concerns. Maintain satisfaction through on-time deliveries and effective communication.
