What You'll Do
  • Builds and maintains strong client and board relationships
  • Partners with leadership to align on client needs and delivery plans
  • Leads client communication and keeps leadership informed on key issues
  • Manages projects, timelines, and client expectations
  • Supervises and supports teams through planning and execution
  • Coaches staff through feedback, development, and performance evaluations

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • A minimum of four years professional experience in public accounting.
  • Significant experience in financial statement disclosure issues and footnote preparation.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Preferred: CPA Certified
