Job description

Multiple County Committees in Arizona are seeking highly motivated and talented Field Organizers passionate about expanding our work to elect pro-democracy candidates to state and local positions across Arizona in the fall 2026 cycle. As a Field Organizer, you will play a critical role in expanding our field impact down the ballot and help protect the administration of our elections for the future. This position requires a strong ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers and support the overall organizing program across the county you are assigned to. This position reports directly to a Regional Organizing Director. If you are passionate about political organizing and committed to electing pro-democracy candidates, we encourage you to apply!
