Main responsibilities:

  • Translate the science into actionable and impactful marketing and educational strategies and tactics that resonate with core HCP targets.

  • Develop Market Development strategic and tactical plan with ownership of deliverables and KPls.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state(s), the competitive landscape and the overall market to develop high-impact and differentiating market conditioning strategies/tactics with a strong ap

  • Serve as the day-to-day Marketing point for the Pulmonary Thought Leader Liaisons and for Key Respiratory Congresses (ATS, ACCP, EPC, ERS, GOLD)

  • Leads Speaker Bureau Development, Training and Execution

  • Leads Peer to Peer educational content development

  • Leads Advisory Board Planning and Management along with management of health care provider strategic working groups.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Masters Business Administration or Science Degree, Pharm D, or MD preferred.

  • 8-10+ Product brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial/ business development experience inpharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.

  • Understanding of the respiratory market, and experience developing Key Opinion Leaders preferred

  • Understanding of market research, creative development and experience with regulatory review and approval process.

  • Substantial respiratory experience in COPD or asthma preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups which may include Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Market Research, Life Cycle Management and Finance

  • Track record of experience demonstrating effective ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders including our co-promote partner

  • Demonstrated understanding and utilization of the impact and role of AI in healthcare
