Job Purpose
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Controller to join our team supporting the Construction (CE) business unit. Reporting to the CE Finance Director for North America, this role will have responsibility for all financial activities related to CE Commercial Sales & Marketing teams including cost control, pricing discipline, and financial review of monthly results to pursue the achievement of Trading Profit, and ROE targets.
This position is located in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
• Control the CE NA Profitability and work with the Commercial team to improve the marginality
• Control the variable marketing actions
• Price and Programs analysis
• Support the commercial teams on financial decisions
• Calculate and analyze variable marketing reserves for Case Construction and New Holland Construction brands
• Analyze actual retail spending and provide feedback to the business on performance
• Participate in the preparation of the following key annual processes, three (3) forecasts, Annual Budget, Strategic Business Plan
• Calculate and analyze cash flow
• Forecast the North America CE balance sheet and provide monthly cash flow updates for key accounts: company inventory, reserves and payables
• Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations and journal entries
• Calculate NRV (net realizable value) reserves for commercial inventory
• Maintain reserves and review payments for company funded telematics subscriptions
• Prepare reporting on retail margin performance by planning key
• Prepare presentations and deliver ad hoc analysis as needed
Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
  • 8+ years professional experience

Preferred Qualifications
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or CFA certification
• Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Financial product knowledge including management and control of costs, pricing and market positioning
• Wholesale & Retail financing knowledge including dealer floor plan and used equipment financing, retail financing programs
• Experience with SAP FI, SAP BI, Hyperion Financial Management and Cognos
• Working knowledge of Accounting Principles/Sarbanes Oxley Requirements/Audit/Corporate Policies and Procedures/External Reporting (20F)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; including intermediate skills in Excel

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $105,750.00 - $155,100.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
