Are you looking for a career where compassion meets purpose? At VitalCaring, we're more than a home health and hospice provider—we're a family that supports, inspires, and uplifts both our patients and our team members.

Who We Are
Founded in 2021, VitalCaring has grown into a leading provider of home health and hospice services, with over 65 locations across the country. We are committed to fostering a culture of support, growth, and excellence for our team that is the backbone of how we ensure we deliver exceptional patient care.

As a Home Health Regional Administrator, you will shape the operational, clinical, and cultural success of our Home Health branches. You'll partner closely with the Regional Director of Operations to guide branch leaders, improve performance, and strengthen the patient and family experience through our core values:
Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and Called.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, meaningful field engagement, and the ability to influence care delivery across multiple locations.

In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to home health branches, ensuring teams are equipped, supported, and aligned with VitalCaring standards. Key responsibilities include:

Operational & Leadership Excellence

  • Support day-to-day operations for home health agencies within your region.
  • Ensure staffing, scheduling, and workload balance support both compliance and exceptional patient care.
  • Coach and mentor Branch Administrators and Directors to build strong, high-performing teams.

Quality & Regulatory Oversight

  • Maintain survey readiness and lead teams through survey preparation, participation, and post-survey follow-up plans of correction.
  • Monitor quality indicators, escalate concerns, and support corrective action initiatives.
  • Ensure clinical practices follow evidence-based standards and home health regulatory requirements.

Performance & Growth

  • Monitor KPIs and partner with leaders to ensure branches meet or exceed company expectations.
  • Support financial stewardship through budget review and cost-effective decision-making.
  • Help create an environment that prioritizes patient dignity, comfort, and family support.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with clinical leaders to review care coordination, visit frequency, case management effectiveness, and documentation timeliness.
  • Complete required workflow and leadership tasks in the EMR and provide Administrator coverage when needed.
  • Travel routinely to branch sites to engage with teams, assess needs, and guide performance.

What You Bring

  • RN preferred; if clinical, must hold active licensure in the assigned state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospice or home health leadership experience; Branch Administrator experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong people leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Solid understanding of home health regulations, standards of practice, and agency operations.
  • Ability to review performance data, identify trends, and drive improvement.
  • A heart for home health and a calling to serve patients, families, and care teams.
