Job description

Regional Account Manager

Our client is a leader in the cooling tower space. They are looking for a Regional Account Manager who will be responsible for managing local and large regional Manufacturer Representative accounts while looking for new account opportunities. They will develop and implement account sales and marketing strategies to increase sales to meet corporate goals. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for selling products and solutions to customers directly or through sales channels. They will develop relationships with Contractors, Architects, Engineers, OEMs, and Owners while collaborating with Manufacturer Rep Firms in both the HVAC and Industrial industries. To maintain accurate tracking of leads and deals they will consistently utilize the CRM.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the Cooling Tower industry
  • Must be a hunter who has brought on new business and successfully handled the full sales cycle all the way through to Account Management
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication
  • Must have proven success in consistently exceeding sales quota
  • Must have experience selling to rep firms, contractors, builders, designers, dealers
  • Must have computer literacy with Word, Excel, and a CRM system
  • Must be able to travel and cover a large territory
  • Must possesses a valid and unrestricted Driver's License
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base $80,000
  • Commission = $70k on target earnings
  • OTE = $150K; uncapped commissions
