The Senior Manager Regional Facilities Operations provides operational leadership across multiple client sites within Exentec's Technical Facility Management organization. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations of all site-based facility systems while delivering consistent performance and client satisfaction.
The Regional Manager operates within a 24x7 mission-critical environment, supporting manufacturing and research operations that demand precision, discipline, and responsiveness. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high sense of urgency, strong technical understanding, and the ability to lead up 3-6 sites typically consisting of up to 150 employees toward operational excellence within established budgets and standards.
Travel of up to 40-50% is expected to support site operations, audits, and client interface activities.

Safety Leadership
โ€ข Promote Exentec's Incident Free Workplace culture and lead by example in daily operations.
โ€ข Ensure site compliance with Exentec and client EHS programs, policies, and all regulatory requirements.
โ€ข Support incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and reinforce proactive hazard identification.
โ€ข Conduct safety audits and promote continuous improvement to reduce risk and maintain world-class safety performance.
Operational Excellence
โ€ข Manage daily operations and maintenance of facility systems including gas, chemical, electrical, UPW, wastewater, and mechanical utilities that enable client production.
โ€ข Oversee site managers and operations managers to ensure uptime, reliability, response and client satisfaction metrics are met or exceeded.
โ€ข Drive the execution of preventive maintenance programs, root cause analyses, and improvement initiatives aligned with corporate standards.
โ€ข Support delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & Growth
Financial & Business Management
โ€ข Manage site & regional operating budgets in alignment with contractual deliverables and corporate financial targets.
โ€ข Monitor cost performance, resource utilization, and overtime controls to maintain profitability.
โ€ข Provide input for forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-improvement planning.

Minimum Required
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
โ€ข 10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Facility Management or Operations Management in a semiconductor, biopharma, or high-tech manufacturing environment.
โ€ข Demonstrated success managing site or regional operations teams in mission-critical facilities.
โ€ข Proven record of maintaining uptime, safety, and quality metrics.
โ€ข Familiarity with EHS compliance, reliability programs, and process systems such as gas, chemical, and UPW.
