Accredited with honours by Accreditation Canada GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the responsibility of the regional director of nursing and multidisciplinary services, play a key role in the quality of life of residents by ensuring the proper functioning of professional care services in relation to the living environment and multidisciplinary services in CHSLD. To act as a reference person, facilitator and unifier for the multidisciplinary team under their responsibility, composed in particular of the following job titles: social worker, occupational therapist, dietitian-nutritionist, physiotherapy technologist, recreation therapist, leisure intervention technician, leisure instructor and other professionals as needed, always putting forward the quality of life and overall well-being of the residents.
