Job description

Fireside Hearth and Home Technologies (FHH) is seeking a Regional Account Manager based in Richmond, VA, to support our team and strengthen our partnerships with production homebuilders.
To ensure pay transparency, this role is listed with the total target compensation, which includes both the base salary and incentive.  Please note that the incentive component is not capped. Additional compensation not included in the total target compensation is an annual automobile allowance of $9,900.

This role plays a key part in supporting FHH's strategic growth by maximizing profitability, increasing fireplace Incident Rate (IR), and expanding upgrade opportunities within assigned production builder accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align local selling strategies with national programs using Gold Sheets for assigned National Builders
  • Collaborate closely with HHT's National Account Management team to connect corporate strategy with local market execution
  • Document the fireplace/hearth decision-making process within all assigned accounts
  • Analyze market trends to recommend optimal fireplace mix, upgrade offerings, and pricing strategies by homebuyer type
  • Develop Profit Propositions through option and upgrade recommendations with corresponding resale pricing
  • Educate decision makers and influencers on current hearth trends, technology, and competitive insights
Qualifications 
  • BA/BS in related field (or the equivalent combination of education and experience) preferred
  • 4+ years with successful sales or design experience in residential construction, preferably with production builders.
  • Strong experience presenting, training, or facilitating group discussions
  • SalesForce or similar CRM experience preferred
