The Warehouse Supervisor will work onsite. In this role, you will oversee incoming inventory and ensure accurate ERP system entry while managing Customs Bonded receiving and withdrawal of imported cases. This role supervises warehouse technicians to ensure daily schedules and operational goals are met. In this role, you'd be responsible for coordinating export, military, and refund stock orders while partnering closely with the Louisville Export Order Manager and freight forwarders to schedule shipments. The Warehouse Supervisor analyzes inventory needs for refunds and processes breakage claims as needed. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Oversee transportation and shipping activities to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, completely, and on time. Communicate and resolve shipment exceptions proactively with internal teams and affected customers.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, warehouse configurations, and logistics best practices to improve shipping efficiency and maximize warehouse space and throughput. Continuously identify and implement process improvements within shipping and receiving operations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management across on-site, off-site, and Customs bonded warehouses through cycle counts, audits, and error resolution. Oversee inventory adjustments, investigate discrepancies, and maintain compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Serve as the primary lead for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including troubleshooting system issues and training employees on WMS and RF device usage. Support employees with inventory-related questions while ensuring processes are properly documented and updated.
  • Lead the Shipping/Receiving team by fostering a safe, respectful, and high-performing work environment focused on customer service, safety, quality, and employee development. Support employee growth through coaching, safety initiatives, performance development planning, and career development opportunities.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Considering New Grads!
  • Distribution or relevant experience (minimum 0-3 years), experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS), working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong planning/organizational skills and record of successful leadership
  • Experience in process design, implementation and improvement
Preferred
  • Experience with System 21 ERP or Oracle software, experience with three tier distribution system
  • Participation in CSCMP and/or ISM
  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall, experience with vendor management
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance, ability to operate Industrial equipment as required
  • Three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances
  • Ability to work overtime if necessary, flexibility to work AWS or Weekends if needed based on business needs
