Who We Are

SRV Temperature Solutions is a premier HVAC and Refrigeration company serving commercial and industrial customers throughout Utah. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative HVAC/R solutions, building lasting client relationships, and developing exceptional employees.

Our clients always come first, and our team is dedicated to exceeding expectations through quality workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding service.

What We Offer

We believe skilled tradesmen deserve great support.

  • Competitive pay based on experience

  • Fully stocked company van and gas card

  • Tool Loan Program up to $500

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance

  • 401(k) plan

  • Paid time off and 8 paid holidays

  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities

  • Supportive and collaborative team environment

  • Stable year-round commercial and industrial work

The Role

As a Project Installation Technician (HVAC/R), you'll be part of a dedicated installation team focused on commercial HVAC and refrigeration projects. Unlike a traditional service technician, this role is centered on new construction, remodels, rebuilds, and equipment replacement projects rather than responding to service calls.

Working alongside an experienced installer, you'll help install commercial refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, piping, and related mechanical systems while traveling to project sites. If you enjoy building systems from the ground up, working on large commercial projects, and being part of a collaborative installation team, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment on new construction, remodel, and rebuild projects.

  • Install refrigeration piping and perform pipe fitting, brazing, and welding.

  • Assist with equipment replacements and complete system installations.

  • Read blueprints, project drawings, and installation specifications.

  • Perform refrigerant piping, pressure testing, evacuation, and system charging.

  • Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and safety requirements.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate effectively with project managers and teammates.

  • Collaborate with fellow installers to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R installation experience.

  • Universal EPA Certification required.

  • Experience installing commercial refrigeration equipment.

  • Experience with pipe fitting, brazing, and welding.

  • Experience working on commercial new construction, remodels, and rebuilds.

  • Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Ability to work well as part of a two-person installation team.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Travel

This position is based in St. George, Utah (Salt Lake City candidates may also be considered) and requires approximately 90% travel to project sites. Travel is a regular part of the role as you'll support commercial installation projects wherever they're needed.

Why Join SRV Temperature Solutions?

We offer competitive pay, full benefits, quality equipment, year-round commercial work, and a company culture that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and employee development. If you're ready to work alongside a team that respects the trade and invests in its people, we'd love to meet you.
