FLSA Status: Full-time, Non-exempt

Reports To: Branch Manager

What We're Looking For:

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Representative to ensure our flooring installations in the Philadelphia area meet the highest standards. You'll play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting our Operations and Installation teams.

  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday,  the schedule does require flexibility based on client needs.
  • Pay: Earn $20-$22 per hour

As a Quality Assurance Representative, You Will:

  • Conduct on-site inspections of flooring installations to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Identify, document, and follow up on installation deficiencies.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to installation teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to resolve client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and assist in refining quality control procedures.
  • Support client satisfaction initiatives by ensuring installations consistently exceed expectations.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in flooring installation or related quality assurance work.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50% of the time).
  • Forklift certification and valid driver's license required.
