Job Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager


Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager is responsible for ensuring all electrical
installations meet company quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes. This role conducts
inspections, monitors field work, and works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field
personnel to ensure work is performed correctly and in compliance with all requirements. The QA/QC
Manager helps maintain high standards of workmanship and ensures successful project completion.


Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality control inspections of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and codes.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain quality standards.
• Review electrical drawings and project documentation.
• Monitor installation practices and workmanship.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection reports.
• Assist with project closeout and punch list completion.
• Verify installations meet NEC and project requirements.
• Support field teams in resolving quality-related issues.
• Participate in site visits and project meetings.
• Promote company quality standards and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • JMAN License required
    • Minimum 5+ years of electrical construction experience required.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
    • Knowledge of NEC and construction quality standards.
    • Previous QA/QC or supervisory experience preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Valid driver's license required.
