About this role:
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer (main back end focus) to work on our advertising analytics platform. We gather and process BIG amounts of data and deliver meaningful insights to our customers. We have browser extensions, databases, panelists, servers, so many servers, and a great hybrid culture with coworkers locally and across the globe.
There's a good mix of extremely difficult problems, impossible problems, easy problems, bugs, performance issues, and the occasional thing that's a joy to work on - join us!
Annual Base Salary: 120,000 - 145,000 USD
What you will do in a typical day:
  • Tackle interesting performance and scalability challenges.
  • Meticulously refactor bunches of reports decimating code size and run time while preserving results.
  • Intelligently manage tech debt while simultaneously delivering new features for the business.
  • Code in SQL and C# (and occasionally js) in a mixed environment (Windows and Linux but mostly Windows) utilizing AWS, SQL Server, Redshift, Mongo, EntityFramework and ASP.NET Core.
  • Participate in a Kanban/Devops dev process with fluid requirements, weekly scrums, and potentially be on-call w/Pagerduty
  • Be a proponent for continuous improvement, architecture, clean code, and good systems design
  • We use Github for source control and Jira for project management
  • We review PRs! (usually) and ship often.

  • Experienced C# developer.
  • Be able to code in C#, SQL and occasionally in Ruby.
  • Big Plus: Comfortable reading and modifying Javascript/React.
  • Friendly - You will be working in cross function with a lot of cool people!
