At Centric, we’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently while managing both professional responsibilities and occasional personal assistant support to help maintain executive focus and momentum.

Background & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • (financial services, wealth management, or insurance preferred)
  • Strong understanding of RIA operations, sales cycles, client service models, and compliance-aware environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, confidential communications, and high-priority meetings

Skills

  • Proficient in CRM platforms (Redtail or Wealthbox) and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

  • Prepare meeting briefs, gather relevant context, and manage follow-ups and action items
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution across initiatives
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed, including select personal scheduling, travel coordination, and time-sensitive tasks to maintain executive focus and bandwidth
  • Salary range $50,000 – $70,000, depending on experience, with opportunity for growth over time.
