Job description

The Company:

At The Millstone Evans Group, we believe financial planning should feel clear, personal, and human—not complex or transactional. We partner closely with our clients to simplify decision-making and build long-term confidence around their financial lives. We’re a growing, high-touch wealth management firm with a strong reputation and an even stronger commitment to doing things the right way. As we continue to scale, we’re building the infrastructure, systems, and team to support that growth—without losing the relational core that defines us.

The Position:

As a Service Advisor, you will play an integral role in client relationship management and day-to-day client account administration. You will help drive execution, maintain attention to detail, and deliver a high level of client service throughout every stage of the client experience. Additionally, you will support general administrative, operational, and client service functions, as well as contribute to special projects and firm initiatives as needed. Through your efforts, you will help ensure the firm operates with accuracy, efficiency, and scalability as it continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client action items from start to finish—nothing falls through
  • Work directly in Redtail CRM to track activity, notes, and next steps
  • Support account management through Raymond James (account updates, transfers, documentation, etc.)
  • Assist with trades, money movement, and account maintenance
  • Coordinate onboarding for new clients and ensure a smooth experience
  • Handle client communication—emails, calls, and day-to-day requests
  • Stay on top of multiple priorities and shifting needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead the client billing process, including fee calculations, reconciliation, coordination with custodian, and resolution of billing inquiries
  • Assist with special projects and firm initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or an RIA environment
  • Familiarity with client accounts, trades, onboarding, and account maintenance
  • Experience with CRM systems (Redtail a plus) and custodian platforms (Raymond James a plus)
  • Strong follow-through—you track details and close loops
  • Comfort working in ambiguity without needing rigid structure
  • Clear, professional communication with both clients and internal team
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed

Salary & Benefits:

  • $70,000 - $85,000
  • Performance-based bonus aligned to individual and firm success
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Generous paid time off and holidays
